The ARC-213 form is a specialized version of the ICS-213 form. The ARC-213 form also supports an embedded re[ply, and the same procedures for sending a simplified reply for an ICS-213 form can be used for an HICS-213 form.
Some notes:
- the ICS-213 form is the default form. Other forms must identify the form type follows the reply reference in the message body. The ARC-213 form is identified by ARC213 (no dash), see below
